What might be nicer than hanging out with friends on a boat on a fine Saturday!? Although Tokyo is close to the sea you don’t really get to appreciate it that often. Saturday, Mariko invited me to join her and her friends on a cruise. A small boat was rented and two of her friends had a license, so we got to enjoy the wonderful freedom of sailing away from Tokyo and our busy lives!
The morning was a bit rainy but it cleared out after lunch so we could really enjoy the small deck and pretend we were in Titanic…
I really had a good time it was just such a lovely feeling to breath fresh air, and just fully enjoy life as it comes.
